Program Details

We run classes throughout the day to fit different schedules - early birds at 6am, lunch warriors at noon, and after-work sessions starting at 5pm. Most programs run 3-5 days per week, though you can definitely come more often if you're feeling it.

HIIT Inferno: Mon/Wed/Fri at 6am, 12pm, 5:30pm, 7pm
Iron Foundation: Tue/Thu/Sat at 7am, 4pm, 6pm
Athletic Edge: Mon/Wed/Fri at 5pm, Sat at 9am
Recovery Lab: Sun at 10am, Wed at 8pm

Don't stress if you're new - we've all started somewhere. That said, some programs do require a foundation for safety reasons.

  • HIIT Inferno: Beginners welcome - we'll scale everything to your level
  • Iron Foundation: Recommended 3-6 months training experience OR completion of our fundamentals course
  • Athletic Edge: Intermediate level - you should be comfortable with basic movements
  • 1-on-1 Elite: All levels - that's the beauty of personal training
  • Fuel Protocol: Anyone serious about their nutrition game
  • Recovery Lab: Perfect for all levels, especially if you're training hard

We've got everything you need equipment-wise - olympic bars, bumper plates, rigs, rowers, assault bikes, kettlebells, you name it. Just bring yourself and:

  • Training shoes with flat, stable soles (Olympic lifting programs)
  • Water bottle - you're gonna need it
  • Workout clothes you can move in
  • Optional: wrist wraps, knee sleeves, lifting belt (we have extras if needed)
  • Your willingness to push past what feels comfortable

We're big on tracking progress - it's how you know what's working. Every member gets access to our training app where you can log workouts, track PRs, and see your progress over time.

Coaches run assessments every 8-12 weeks depending on your program. We're looking at strength benchmarks, body composition changes, movement quality, and how you're feeling overall. Numbers matter, but so does how you're performing in real life.

Plus, there's something satisfying about looking back at where you started and seeing how far you've come.

Our coaches aren't here to just count reps. They're watching your form, pushing you when you've got more in the tank, and pulling you back when ego's getting ahead of smart training.

We believe in progressive overload done right, movement quality over quantity, and building you up for the long haul - not destroying you for a week. Sure, you'll be sore sometimes, but there's a difference between productive training and just beating yourself up.
