Nope, we're month-to-month across the board. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We'd rather have people who actually wanna be here than trap folks in some weird binding agreement. If life gets crazy or you need to take a break, that's totally cool with us.

Absolutely. Upgrading happens immediately - you'll get prorated for what you've already paid and start enjoying the new perks right away. Downgrading kicks in at your next billing cycle. We've had plenty of people start with basic access, realize they want more coaching, and move up to Performance Elite. It's all good.

They roll over for one month only. So if you've got 4 sessions and only use 2, you'll have 6 available the next month. After that, they expire. We do this because the sessions are already heavily discounted in the memberships. If you're consistently not using them, might be worth looking at a lower tier and buying sessions a la carte when you need 'em.

There's a one-time $50 enrollment fee when you first join - covers your access fob, initial assessment, and facility orientation. After that, what you see is what you pay. No annual fees, no "maintenance charges," none of that sketchy stuff. The only time you'd pay extra is if you buy add-ons or wanna bring friends beyond your guest pass limit.

The Frontier Access works if you've got training experience, but for newbies, having that coaching makes a massive difference in both safety and results.
